Horace Fauntleroy Jr. is the CEO of Coaching-3-Way Consulting, a consulting company he founded in 2006. He attended Wayland Baptist University, where he earned a BS in Human Services.  He is now pursuing his Masters at Wayland in Instructional Leadership. 

Horace is Retired Air Force with 25+ years of Leadership and Supervisory Experience, where he mentored and prepared many of our current and future leaders. Motivating and inspiring his people was his specialty. Getting them to buy into the company’s vision and committing their time and energy in getting the mission accomplished; faced little resistance. Horace’s best attribute is that he is a huge advocate of developing rela-tionships between employee and employer.

After retirement from the military, Horace spent time as a quality assurance evaluator & housing referral clerk, Mildenhall and Lakeheath Air Force Bases, United Kingdom, DD Form 214 (military separation document) clerk and at Headquarters Civilian Personnel Human Resource office, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. He gained even more knowledge, while observing closely how behavior tendencies can affect and infect a work place and organization. Horace has also been trained as an Equal Opportunity Counselor and in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Horace joined the Workforce, Strategies and Concept (WSC) team full time in 2009 as an Organizational Development Instructor. As the European representative for WSC, Mr. Fauntleroy conducted 32 one hour Management of Change briefings in less than 32 days to over 3000 civilians in 2007; and since has provided 2000 hours of highly interactive training that incorporates small group exercises, self assessments, role playing and the latest adult learning techniques to imprint knowledge for results that last.
